The more vertical bird-feeders at the nature center near me (Fullersburg Woods) seem to attract a better variety of birds. My flat ones at home are completely dominated by sparrows. So I’ve been looking to upgrade as well.
Good idea, I hope you find a good one too. This one is a squirrel-be-gone feeder; if the squirrell climbs on it it shuts down.
