You also know that I’m a huge Biryani-Lover, right? And again, not just the kind that likes to order it in the fancy restaurants, but the kind that gets down-and-dirty and makes 20 lbs. of this dish at one go.
And this is a big deal, by the way. In every possible way, really. Which is why it is not everyday that I make this delectable favorite. I reserve it usually for special occasions– the last time I made it being when India won the ICC World Cup and my folks were visiting with us. Well, that was a couple months ago, and so last weekend, in addition to all the Memorial Day festivities, on the Saturday of that weekend, I made Biryani.
And this time, I even garnished it the traditional way with the sliced boiled eggs! Mmmmm! Mmmm! Mmm! See for yourself. That Raita, by the way, was also a traditional side with grated cucumber, tomato and red onion in yogurt.
I saw pictures of your biryani and accompnyments they look great and mouth watering
