Kulchas: Because I Can!

All the way from scratch, by the way!  The dough rested overnight (kneaded with yogurt), and was perfect to the touch.  Each one was stuffed with finely chopped red onion, kalonji (onion seed), and sunflower seeds.  Yummmmm!  I served it with Rajma and Chapli Kebabs!  Yummmmmmmm!
