December 5, Ecclesiastes 11:5

“Just as you’ll never understand the mystery of life forming in a pregnant woman, So you’ll never understand the mystery at work in all that God does.”

Ecclesiastes 11:5 MSGA verse of the day from the Bible presented in Eugene Peterson’s contemporary version called The Message. Accompanied by a personal reflection below.

There are limits to what we know and what we may know, and writer is acknowledging this truth.  Does this bother you?  Does it leave you in awe?  Does it make you restless?  Does it bring you peace?  Does it make you want to explore, study, learn, know, and grow more?  I hope all of the above is true for you, as it is for me.
