Thank you. This is the son of a dear colleague and friend at work, who lost him at age 10 some seven years ago due to a rare terminal illness. A local children’s charity puts on an annual fundraiser in his memory that happened this past Saturday, and while I was unable to participate, I did purchase a shirt.
Very sad story but I’m sure this annual event brings some sense of hope and healing to his family.
