The lamb burger patties were prepared by hand by the butcher in my local Mediterranean market shop. I had requested salt and freshly-ground black pepper to be mixed in.
The yellow corn tortillas were from my local supermarket, no preservatives or artificial ingredients.
I used my trusty cast-iron skillet to prepare the burgers, and threw in some sliced red onions and tomatoes right afterwards.
Assemble the burger on pan-warmed tortillas with the onion mixture and fold in half like a soft taco.
Fantastic, every single bite.
