Hi, Joyce! That’s the funny thing about my blog– I don’t always provide recipes, but I guarantee inspiration to create those recipes. This dish materialized out of my imagination and the ingredients in my frig last night! I used a ready-made mesculun salad greens with the nuts and berries and some additional golden raisins and almonds to flash-fry them all in a half stick of butter and pour over the blanched broccoli. Try it! It was truly awesome. It can be served as a salad or a side-dish, I think.
