Stuffed Peppers: A Poem On A Plate

Hot banana peppers stuffed with goodness, i.e., keema, bread crumbs, and parmesan cheese.

Baked at 375 F for 40 mins.  Or cooked in a frypan on a high flame to start with, and simmered later with the lid on.  Mmmmmm!
