“Bi Bim Bop.” I like the sound of the name more than the actual taste of the dish.
It’s the most famous dish on a Korean menu. After Bulgogi. Bento boxes are Japanese, btw.
The north side of Chicago has an abundance of restaurants representing both cuisines. They seem to be all the rage with the hip set these days.
Cool. And you cannot, of course, confuse Korean and Japanese with Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, Filipino, and Vietnamese. Not to mention Chinese.
