    1. Hi, mom. Yes it was a good combination, and you’re right, I did invent it! I made one third of a cup of the grits by adding double the water (actually, I didn’t even measure the water but I think it would be double or maybe just a little more than that even) and microwaving it for two minutes. Add a spoonful of the ghee to it immediately after it comes out. Add veggies of your choice, and the tuna is the albacore kind from a can.
