It looks so sumptuous for one time!
Yeah really easy mom. Two frozen fillets in the sauce pan. drizzle some olive oil, sprinkle finely chopped ginger, one tomato and a big bunch of spinach on top. For seasoning, I used a teaspoon of the garlic chili chutney the dry powder we use for dosas. Cover lid and simmer for 10. Enjoy!
By the way I just had the one fillet last night, and I’m having the other one for breakfast now!
