Corn Phulkas: The Fantastic Substitute for Wheat Phulkas

For the non-Hindi speakers: Phulkas are flatbread that puffs out.

I served these tonight with Baingan ka Bharta.

  1. Probably don’t taste the same but they resemble “gorditas,” the fatter corn tortillas that also puff when you heat them (making them perfect to stuff with cheese or peppers or meat or beans or some combination of the above).

    1. I’ll have to looking for those next, and probably call them corn parathas.
