My Go-To Green Salad: Fresh, Flavorful, and Doubles as a Meal

Baby kale, baby chard, and baby spinach with a lemon and extra-virgin olive oil dressing. Other ingredients: grilled chicken and goat cheese frolicking with quartered Roma tomatoes. 🙂
