Bi-Bim-Bop: The Korean Dish That Has It All

There’s a small deli in town called Cosmos tucked away in the far back of a large local supermarket.  It has a very eclectic menu, but is undoubtedly influenced by its Korean owners.

I recently had the Bi Bim Bop there, the traditional Korean bowl of rice (I had brown rice), veggies (asparagus, mushrooms, lettuce, zucchinni) and meat or tofu (I had the chicken) of choice topped with a fried egg, and to be had with the special red hot sauce.  Served in a big stainless steel bowl, it was quite the visual and gastronomic experience!  See for yourself what I mean!
