Between cold and warmth
You tease and make us long for
Daylight Savings Time!
Note on picture:Â My kitchen calendar. Sent to me every year by my dear mother-in-law!
Creating, collecting, and sharing thoughts and ideas. And learning along the way.
My thoughts in haiku. And my thoughts ON the haiku: The integrity of the haiku lies not so much in the three-line 5-7-5 syllable scheme as much as in the meaning it conveys and implies.
To contain your words
But still make sense of the world
Turn to the haiku!

Movies, anyone?
Prepare to pay the steep price:
Rape first, then murder.
Overflowing plate
Matched by overflowing heart
Full of gratitude
Memories may fade
But reminders like this one
Stand the test of time
Nineteen year old tryst
Renewed at the sight of some
Awesome waterfalls
Misfortune, like rain
Falls in sheets, while Hope drips like
A leaky faucet
