Are there vadas in this kadhi beta? It looks great..!!
Hi, Mom, that was definitely the best kadhi I have ever made, and I will most definitely make it for you the next time you’re here. The key is to toast the besan and then sifting it into the curds. Also, the final ghee Tarka is only Degi mirch and Til. I did have vadas in it, but these are called Punjabi Badi. They’re filled with some masala on the inside.
