A Summer Salad: O Spinach, You Lucky Green, You!

The spinach is lucky because it has a bevy of lovely fruits and veggies laying on top of it. Oranges, strawberries, blueberries, cherry tomatoes, and white aged cheddar cheese married with a brown-sugar lime vinaigrette.
