Maple tree in sunshine up close– there’s a glass pane between myself and tree, by the way!  Also, check out the blue sky in background!

Stuffed Bell Peppers: For When You Wish To Turn The Ordinary Into The Extraordinary

So, you feel like something gourmet?  Well, then, make something, why don’t you?  I did the other day.  I took six bell peppers, cut the tops off, scooped out the insides, and stuffed them with mincemeat (prepared separately with peas and carrots) mixed with another mixture of Italian breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.  Line them up on a baking sheet, brush the outsides of the peppers with olive oil, and place in a pre-heated oven at 350 for about 50 mins.

When they come out, they look absolutely gorgeous, and taste even better than they look!
