Incredibly Inventive Thai Cuisine in SE Michigan

A cold peanut-sauce noodle salad with grilled chicken and a flourish of fresh carrots.

Also, an amazingly refreshing green cabbage salad with mango, avocado, sweet red bell peppers, red onions, plum tomatoes, red grapes, and tiger shrimp in a lemon vinaigrette.

Did I say incredible already?

“…wipe your hand across your mouth, and laugh…”

I am moved by fancies that are curled

Around these images, and cling:

The notion of some infinitely gentle

Infinitely suffering thing.

Wipe your hand across your mouth, and laugh;

The worlds revolve like ancient women

Gathering fuel in vacant lots.

— From T. S. Eliot’s Preludes
