This looks delicious. If you don’t mind my asking, is this served hot or cold?
This can be served either way, and I served it at room temperature because I had ooked it earlier in the day. You can throw in any meats and veggies you like, and as long as there is no cheese it would be perfectly OK to serve at room temperature or cold. I added some crumbled tempeh to this, along with some chopped up salami and chicken sausage. Oh, and two bell peppers, one red and one green. And also some coarsely chopped up pickled vegetables.
