The Bavarian Inn is a restaurant in the town of Frankenmuth, Michigan– straight out of old-world Bavaria in Germany. Everything from the architectural details of the building, to the decor indoors, and of course, the menu itself is as authentic as it gets. The schintzel was only one of several delectable dishes on the long menu that includes their famous fried-chicken. Also, the chicken pot-pie, and the Bavarian root-beer (decidely non-alcoholic) were fantastic. Wilkommen any time of year, but always special during the Christmas holidays!
