Extra virgin Olive Oil is my staple to make salad-dressings, but I recently made a trip to the local Asian supermarket, and picked up a variety of herb and spice infused oils. I found a great selection of Ginger Oil, Szchewan Peppercorn Oil, Sesame Oil, and Red Chili Pepper Oil. These are potent, mind you, and must be used sparingly. Rest assured I shall experiment with gay abandon!
